The 168th Air Refueling Wing (Alaska Air National Guard) is hosting a Career Fair at Eielson Air Force Base on Thursday, April 23rd. They have 'Hot Job' vacancies in the following career fields:
Security Forces Aircrew Flight Equipment Vehicle Maintenance Pavement & Construction Emergency Management Water and Fuels Operations management Electrical systems Electrical Power Production HVAC They are providing busing to and from this event-we will provide chaperones. Lunch will be provided. This is a great opportunity to see what free training is available in your own back yard! This training and experience could help you land a civilian job as well! Please consider going through your old books and donating them. The class that brings in the most books will get a tasty frozen treat! To that end, the seniors have yet to be beat, they've brought in the most books every year. Can anyone defeat them? Bring in your books and place them in the boxes outside of Mrs. Benson's office!

Every Thursday Afternoon- 4:15pm to 5:15pm Fairbanks Lutheran Church 1012 Cowles Street Across From the Noel Wien Library Do you have a parent, close friend, or relative with a drinking/drug problems. Come LEARN. Be Open. Have Fun.  Help you class by bringing in canned food. The contest will end this friday, the inners will be announced during the dance, and will be treated to a root bear float party.
 Do your part to keep Fairbanks WARM.... well at least the citizens of Fairbanks. Sophomore class is challenging all other classes to bring in winter clothing that will benefit the Fairbanks Rescue Mission. So clean out those closets. The class that collects the most winter clothing will be treated to a pizza party on November 26th.
